Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PetFolioHealth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PetFolioHealth ("the Service"), operated by PetFolio Health, ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Misuse or abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for others
• Resell or sub-license the Service without written permission

5. Subscription & Billing

PetFolioHealth offers Free, Plus, and Premium subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Current subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

PetFolioHealth and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PetFolio Health, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the pet health data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers

PetFolioHealth is an organizational and record-keeping tool for pet owners. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health decisions regarding your pet.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetFolio Health, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm to animals resulting from reliance on information in the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where PetFolio Health, is registered.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
