California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what categories of personal information we collect and why
• The right to know if your personal information is sold or disclosed (it is not — we do not sell personal information)
• The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (not applicable — we do not sell data)
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@petfoliohealth.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include:

• Your name and email address associated with your account
• The specific right or action you are requesting
• Any relevant details that help us process your request

We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@petfoliohealth.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." After identity verification, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or billing compliance purposes after deletion (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).

Data Export

You can request an export of your pet health data by emailing support. We will provide your data in a structured, commonly-used format.
